General conditions of sale and use
The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company PETSOCHIC with the share capital of 1010€ whose registered office is located at 67 RUE LA BOETIE 75008 PARIS, registered in the Trade and Wholesale Companies Register (inter-company trade) other household goods under the number 84324249600019 hereinafter referred to as "PETSOCHIC" and managing the website www.petsochic.com and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website petsochic.com hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Subject
The purpose of these Terms of Sale is to define the contractual relationship between PETSOCHIC and the Buyer and the terms and conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.petsochic.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale which the buyer acknowledges having read before his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the website www.petsochic.com is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand to have full legal capacity, enabling it to commit itself under these general terms and conditions of sale.
The company PETSOCHIC retains the possibility to modify at any time these conditions of sale, in order to respect any new regulations or with the aim of improving the use of its site. Therefore, the conditions applicable will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.
Products
The products offered are those listed on the website www.petsochic.com of the company PETSOCHIC, within the limits of available stocks. The PETSOCHIC company reserves the right to modify the range of products at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main technical characteristics. The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not commit the Seller. The sale of the products presented in the petsochic.com website is intended for all the buyers residing in the countries which fully authorize the entry of these products on their territory.
Prices
The prices appearing on the product sheets of the internet catalog and are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (VAT included) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the price of the products. PETSOCHIC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being however understood that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the total amount of the order. In metropolitan France, for any order greater than or equal to 70 euros including all taxes, shipping costs are free; for any order less than 70 euros including all taxes, a flat-rate contribution to shipping costs will be invoiced to the buyer in the amount of 5 euros including all taxes.
Order and payment terms
Before any order, the buyer must create an account on the www.petsochic.com website. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile...), will have to identify himself using this information. The PETSOCHIC company offers to the buyer to order and pay for its products in several steps, with 3 payment options to choose from:
MEANS OF PAYMENT
The Customer may pay for his order online by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard), by Paypal or by bank transfer. The Customer guarantees the PETSOCHIC company that he has the authorizations possibly necessary to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order form. The debit of the purchases on the Customer's account is done at the time of the processing of the order.
PETSOCHIC implements all necessary means to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted online. To this end, the site uses a secure method of payment SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows the encryption of your bank details during their transmission over the network. You can see that the transmission is encrypted by a software program as soon as the padlock symbol appears in your browser. PETSOCHIC reserves the right to suspend all order processing and delivery in case of refusal of authorization of payment by credit card by the officially accredited organizations or in case of non-payment. PETSOCHIC reserves in particular the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a Customer who has not paid in full or only partially a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
Within the framework of an order verification procedure intended to ensure that no person uses the bank details of another person without his/her knowledge, the Customer may be asked to send by fax or e-mail to the PETSOCHIC company a copy of an identity document as well as a proof of address. The order will be validated only after reception and verification by our services of the documents sent. If these documents are not received within 15 days of the order being placed, the order will be deemed to be cancelled by right.
INVOICING
The order form that the Customer draws up online or the order confirmation sent by e-mail to the Customer by PETSOCHIC does not serve as an invoice. The Customer has the original invoice in his online account. The invoice is not attached to the package.
PETSOCHIC keeps an electronic copy of each invoice.
In the case of a delivery to an address different from the billing address, the invoice is in any case only available in the online order tracking of the Customer's account.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
PETSOCHIC remains the owner of the Products delivered until full payment by the Customer. The above provisions do not prevent, upon delivery of the Products, the transfer to the Customer of the risks of loss or deterioration of the Products subject to retention of title as well as any damage they may cause.

DELIVERY SERVICES
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Customer must verify the completeness and conformity of the information provided to PETSOCHIC. PETSOCHIC shall not be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of late or incorrect delivery. In this context, all expenses incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely at the Customer's expense.
PETSOCHIC shall not be held liable for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including in particular in the event of total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communications).
SHIPPING DELAYS
Orders placed online via the Kleps.com site are taken every day from Monday to Friday, except public holidays. PETSOCHIC does its utmost to process and ship the same day any order placed before 11am, however the processing and preparation time of an order can be extended depending on the items and last between 1 and 2 working days. Upon receipt of the shipping confirmation email, the Customer can take into account the carrier delays announced below.
PETSOCHIC informs its Customers that these shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
In the case of an order that would include one or more unavailable products as well as one or more available products, PETSOCHIC will ship the order as soon as it receives all the products that make up the order. If the Customer wishes to receive the immediately available products as soon as possible, he is advised to isolate these items in a separate specific order.
An e-mail is automatically sent to the Customer when the Products are shipped, provided that the e-mail address indicated in the registration form does not contain any error.
TRANSPORT TIMES
Transport times depend on the carrier chosen by the Customer and the place of delivery.
PETSOCHIC informs Customers of the delivery times announced by the chosen carrier. The shipping costs are calculated at the time of the shopping cart and are definitively confirmed according to the mode of transport and the delivery destination chosen, before the final validation of the order.
However, PETSOCHIC informs its Customers that the announced delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times can be as follows:
- If the products are available, the delivery time is equal to the time indicated at the time of order taking in the delivery mode section.
- If the products are not available and therefore on order, the delivery time is equal to the time indicated in the product availability section.
If it turns out that the delivery time cannot be kept, a new delivery time will then be communicated to the Customer, according to the data known by PETSOCHIC. In this case, a proposal for cancellation of the order, credit note or refund will also be made to the Customer.
CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY FOR CHECKING PACKAGES UPON RECEIPT
PETSOCHIC reminds that it is the Customer's responsibility to inspect its parcels upon receipt in the presence of the deliveryman and to immediately notify the carrier and PETSOCHIC's customer service department of any anomaly found (shock, damaged parcel, delivery date not conforming to the normal delivery time. In the event that such information has not been included on the delivery note presented to the Customer by the carrier, PETSOCHIC will not be able to accept any claim regarding the condition of the package(s) after the fact.
DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO THE CARRIER
In the case of a delay in delivery in relation to the deadlines announced by the carriers, the Customer must first contact the carrier or its distribution office in the case of La Poste, to see if the package is not pending. If necessary, the Customer may contact PETSOCHIC Customer Service by telephone or e-mail to open a dispute or investigation file to search for the package.
It happens that parcels may be mislaid by the carriers. The delays imposed by the carriers imply that the Customer must declare the loss within 10 days following the receipt of the shipping notice from PETSOCHIC. Under these conditions, PETSOCHIC will make the necessary claims to the carrier concerned. Once the claim and the opening of the investigation have been made, a period of 3 to 4 weeks may elapse to have a return from the carrier.
If the package is found, it will be redirected immediately to the Customer's home. In the event that the parcel is not found, the Customer may then request the return of the same product (within the time of availability), at PETSOCHIC's expense, or the refund of the amount paid. If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at that time, PETSOCHIC will refund the amount of the products concerned by the loss of the carrier.
DAMAGED PACKAGE
The Customer must check the condition of the package in front of the carrier and make the necessary reservations on the delivery slip in case of partial or total deterioration. In the absence of reservations, the product is deemed accepted by the Customer and will not be subject to any dispute concerning its delivery. The Customer must inform PETSOCHIC by e-mail as soon as possible, so that PETSOCHIC can take the necessary measures as soon as possible.
Responsibility
The PETSOCHIC company in the process of distance selling, is bound only by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service rupture, or other involuntary problems.
Intellectual Property
All the elements of the site www.petsochic.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the PETSOCHIC company. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether in the form of photo, logo, visual or text.
Data of a personal nature
PETSOCHIC is committed to preserving the confidentiality of the information provided by the buyer, which it would be led to transmit for the use of certain services. Any information concerning the buyer is subject to the provisions of the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978. As such, the Internet user has a right to access, modify and delete information concerning him. Return policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For custom orders ("make your own"), we cannot offer any refunds or returns.

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It may take a few days before a refund is validated.

Sales items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

DURATION AND APPLICATION
The present Conditions apply for the entire duration of the online services offered by PETSOCHIC. They can be modified at any time by PETSOCHIC. The applicable Conditions are those in force at the date of registration of the order.
TERRITORIALITY AND APPLICABLE LAW
Sales of PETSOCHIC products are subject to French law. In the case of an individual Customer, any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, execution or breach of the contract concluded between PETSOCHIC and the Customer, even in case of plurality of defendants, will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the Customer's domicile. In the case of a Professional Customer, any dispute relating to the existence, interpretation, performance or breach of the contract concluded between PETSOCHIC and the Customer, even in the event of multiple defendants, will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
